Management Culture

At Orell Füssli, our corporate culture is characterised by five significant management principles. In workshops and focus groups during 2016, these were collectively drawn up by the Board of Directors and management team of the holding company, by the managing directors of the four divisions and by other managers within the group.

Promoting cooperation

A passion for our daily work is a prerequisite for outstanding achievement. By sharing our skills and taking responsibility for our own actions, we can motivate one another.

Setting the direction

Our employees can contribute to the success of our business when demanding, individual and measurable objectives are agreed.
